CabFestNV will feature more than 100 of Napa Valley’s exceptional vintners, representing both the enduring tastemakers and the hottest boutiques, and is designed to appeal to both the novice and the expert. Through current and library tastings, thoughtfully combined wine, food and chocolate pairings, educational lectures and incomparable culinary demonstrations (accessing the world-class chefs of the region), CabFestNV will explore the many facets of Cabernet Sauvignon’s complexity and mystique. There is much more to CabFestNV, however, than simply enhancing the appreciation and appeal of Cabernet Sauvignon. CabFestNV has been created to grow into an annual celebration proving that seriously good wine should not be taken too seriously… and so the weekend will be laced with music from rock to classical, plus exclusive events and extraordinary festivities.
